We interrupt this broadcast...

Monday:  Cyber Rent Party!

I've been spending my time at home doing things like raising kids, writing songs, working on a memoir, recording an album, creating a free online Musical History Teaching Aid, and livestreaming weekly Monday Morning Missives, mostly related to one of the 15 modules the teaching aid contains.

The only problem with all of these activities is that none of them pay.  Yesterday Reiko said to me that after this month's rent check clears, we have no money in the bank.  It's that time of year, where despite my 250 or so active CSA (Community-Supported Art) members, we're mostly living on credit cards until my next tour begins in April.  That's not the end of the world, but it's not particularly sustainable, either.

So, we're interrupting our regularly-scheduled programming to have a cyber rent party this Monday. Questions, comments, song requests, and especially donations all welcome. Left to my own devices, the theme will be my own personal experiences with making a living as a musician in the ever-changing landscape of the modern world.

At 10 am Pacific Time on Monday you can tune in to the fundraiser via the window below.  You can donate via the button below anytime -- no need to wait til Monday.  As donations come in, the amount below will be adjusted.  I also now take Bitcoin and some other cyber currencies.  My address for Bitcoin donations is:  1NJ1vVFg2J8DVaRj9uFk8KJ3z6cGLrkf4S

Goal:  $2,000
So Far:  $2,424
